Accounts Assistant

Position – Accounts Assistant

Monthly & weekly duties Include:

  • Inputting supplier invoices onto Sage Line 50 Accounts
  • Purchase and sales ledger account reconciliations
  • Liaising with suppliers and clients
  • General administration duties
  • Shared Telephony/Reception duties

The successful candidate will have:

  • Sage working experience of at least 2 years
  • Sage Line 50 experience
  • Strong technical knowledge of Excel
  • Evidence of analytical skill set
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines
  • Have a great eye for detail and the ability to think outside the box
  • Be able to work on own initiative
  • The ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
  • Willingness to carry out day to day office duties
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Good telephone manner and a high standard of spoken English

Type: Full Time or Part Time

Hours of Work: F/T Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:30 or P/T to be arranged

Salary: £9.00 per hour

Location: Sutton Weaver, Runcorn
